Kiley’s personal life experiences of the stillbirth of her son and her late-in-life autistic-ADHD diagnosis are the foundation for her professional focus. Kiley is honored to share her story with others so they know they are never alone in their life challenges and suffering.
As a speaker at events, a presenter at conferences, and an educator to health professionals, Kiley is also passionate about increasing awareness and advocating for mental health across the reproductive life span (menarche, pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy/infant loss, perimenopause, menopause).
Her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Occupational Therapy provide her with a science-based training and foundation to empower individuals in living an authentic, meaningful, and hopeful life.

Dr. Kiley Hanish is a neurodivergent coach, occupational therapist, non-profit founder, mentor, and bereaved mother, specializing in reproductive mental health across the lifespan.
She is an occupational therapy coach, working with neurodivergent adults, and adjunct professor of occupational therapy.
Kiley also co-created the Emmy-nominated film Return To Zero to break the silence and stigma around pregnancy and infant loss for parents around the world and founder of the non-profit organization, Return to Zero: HOPE, a non-profit organization that provides inclusive and compassionate education and support for bereaved families after pregnancy and infant loss.
