Finding healing after pregnancy loss taught me that knowing we are not alone is essential when navigating huge life changes.

I support neurodivergent adults and parents navigating loss, neurodivergence, pregnancy, and early family transitions — helping them feel understood and find practical ways to feel more grounded.

I help people with:
